elora casino buffet

Never seen anything like it in the 20 years going to a Casino.
We had a meal at the main floor restaurant. We have horses and always are at Mohawk for the races, but no more Casino, more people should come sac de voyage à roulettes intersport and enjoy the track, much better service and better food and people that care! There was a lot of very upset people and the Person taking ID's started mouthing off to me, the customer, as questioned him about what they were going to do, and he said should have came earlier, tough luck etc. This Casino has gone down hill rapidly and I will not go back and neither should anyone else.We attended the horse races and enjoyed the experience, even betting a little. The horse racing was my favourite part of this visit, verifier billets de loterie making a unique and enjoyable experience. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.The next thrill is around the corner.I'd rate it only.
Our family comes here every year to watch there big race day "Industry Day".
Our full service restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Elements Casino offers everything from watching the game to a chance to win a big jackpot. What a joke, they have give away nights to entice people to come out to the casino. The whole thing was not very hot.I hope to return, probably next year.Sunday 11:30AM 9PM, bar Grill: Sunday- Thursday 9AM 2AM, friday Saturday 9AM 3AM.It is not terribly noisy, it's non-smoking, and it's clean including the washrooms. They had one person who was checking your voucher, your Casino player card and you had to have a valid Driver's license.Hours, getaway Restaurant: Monday Wednesday 4PM 9PM, thursday, Friday Saturday 11:30AM 10PM.Prices were reasonable and my husband enjoyed his burger, fries and a beer.I had French onion soup - cheese was nice, broth severely lacking in taste, very little onion, and the "crouton" was a slice of the cheapest plastic wrapped grocery store brown bread.Or had someone come out and cut the line off so people would not have to wait. You would think they would first have enough product for vouchers given out plus they would have more than 1 person checking people in as well if they ran out of product or for the 100 or so people still in line they would have.Every other Casino we have been to with give aways has at least 10-15 people checking vouchers, cards and Id's so people are not standing around. Some of the chicken was tough and the gravy was mediocre. The guy should not have job.
